CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICIES
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. However, to ensure fairness to both our clients and our staff, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:
Rescheduling or Cancellation
Please notify us at least 2 days before the scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee.
No Shows and Failure to Reschedule
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice and do not reschedule at least 1 day in advance, you will be charged the full amount of the service reserved for you.
Non-Refundable Deposits
Any deposit(s) submitted for appointment reservations are non-refundable.
We value your time and strive to provide prompt service to all our clients. To maintain the efficiency of our scheduling and to minimize inconvenience to others, we adhere to the following policy regarding late arrival
Appointment Hold Time
We will hold your appointment time for a maximum of 10 minutes past the scheduled start time. If you anticipate being late, please contact your service provider directly to inform us of your estimated arrival time.
Cancellation for Late Arrivals
If you arrive later than the grace period provided, your appointment may be canceled, and you may be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full amount of the agreed-upon service.
